I usually do not write reviews but had to make an exception for Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating. I was so so impressed with the prompt, reliable, professionally executed service I received today from this company. I came home to backed up drainage/ plumbing issues in my upstairs bathroom. The sink and shower stall overflowed and toilet water was close to the rim. I contacted GP&H for a service call, and a team of two arrived withing two hours! They quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem and expertly resolved my issue. I was quite impressed with the service delivery and post work clean up. GP&H's prices are reasonable with several payment options. I would definitely recommend Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating to family, friends, and co-workers! Great job, GP&H team!

I had a great experience with Guaranteed Plumbing! I will recommend them to all my friends if they have a plumbing issue. I have had all sorts of contracting companies do work over the 10 years I have been in my house they are at the top!-They did a Great Job on the work! I had a leak in an old pipe behind a wall. They were able to find it quickly and show me the issue.-They were very clean, they wore those booties to keep your house clean, they put down tarps to catch any drywall etc. They also took any and all trash with them after the job was complete.-They were very diligent after they completed the work. They stayed to make there were no more leaks once the water was turned back on.-The pricing was very reasonable. Keep this number handy folks, you need it when you have a plumbing problem. They will come to the rescue. 5 Stars!

I’m not one to write reviews. After today I felt compelled that I had to. I received a call from my daughter that water was pouring from my 3rd floor to my basement and our ceiling was falling. I rushed home in a panic and couldn’t find the main value to shut the water off. The owner immediately left his office and personaly came right over. He was a sight for sore eyes. He recommended an insurance adjuster and Royal restoration. Everyone rushed over and saved the day. Having 5 kids and 2 dogs I was thinking the worse. Tonight we are able to stay in our home and repairs are in the works. If you need a honest company who cares and goes beyond then look no further call Guaranteed plumbing!

Worst experience!!! The guy name HAROLD come to my house and check a valve leaking and told me he wanted 700!!!! It was simple thing and I told him no and will keep looking for another plumber and he in a rude voice told me good luck nobody going to doing for less!! For my surprise I called goodman a d the guy only charge me 350 and interesting thing is that the guy come prepared for everything! Harold come here in a car. Avoid.

3/13/19I need to let Everyone that Guaranteed Plumbing is the Best for drain cleaning. I had three estiments, one couldn’t do the job because he only had a 50’ foot snake not a 100’ foot snake, so he started talking about getting a brand new curb trap which by the way is around 2,500 to 3,000 dollars and the second company said they were going send somebody out and they would call when their on their way so I waited about two hours and that’s when I called Guaranteed Plumbing sent a guy by the name of Jim right out. He was very nice and knowledgeable after he seen my problem. He started by snaking the front curb trap but he didn’t get it from the front so he asked to snake it from the bathroom and when he snake it, he was able to open the drain. Jim was very patient and the price was great compared to all the other ones. I will recommend Guaranteed Plumbing to ALL of my Friends and Clients.Thank You JimFrom the King Family

Got myself in a jam in an older house with a damaged lead drain line. My usual plumber did not service the area so I gave these folks a shot. Theresa from Guaranteed got a plumber there in about 20 minutes and Al was able to get a fix together with me in a short amount of time. We had no heat last weekend and my usually heating guy was away out of town. I tried Guareenteed plumbing and heating and had to replace my circulator motor. As it was the weekend ,I had to wait until Monday when they came as promised first appointment. And they installed the motor.. my heat was not working yet when they left but they returned that same day ( yesterday) and stayed and worked on my system for a few hours.. when they left I had some heat but today ( one day later ) I now have normal heat. My system is old but they did a good job and helped us out .. I definitely recommend them .

Over the past 10years I have had several plumbing issues in my house, ranging from my street being pipes, toilets, and hot water heaters needing to be replaced. I also had my entire bathroom renovated with beautiful ceramic tile flooring, shower etc. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the quality of work Rick and his workers provide. His office staff and his work crew excel in customer service! They are courteous, knowledgeable and prompt!
